By using InvoiceWithMe, you agree to the terms below. They're deliberately short.

1. Use of the tool

InvoiceWithMe is free to use for personal and commercial invoicing. You may use it to create unlimited invoices and download PDFs. You may not resell access to the tool, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt service for other users.

2. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but cannot guarantee that the site will be available, that PDFs will print perfectly in every program, or that calculations will satisfy your local tax authority. Please double-check anything legally or financially important.

3. Your data

Your invoices, client data, and uploaded logos live only in your browser's local storage. We do not back them up. If you clear your browser data, change devices, or lose your machine, that data is gone. Use the Export backup feature inside History to make your own copies.

4. Content you create

Invoices, logos, and any other content you create or upload remain yours. We claim no rights over them. We never see them, so we can't.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceWithMe and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. If a court decides we owe you anything, the maximum amount is the price you paid to use the tool, which is $0.

6. Changes

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
