One person reads this inbox: Muhammad Saad, who builds and maintains the tool. Email is the fastest way to reach me. Replies usually land inside two working days, sometimes the same evening if you write during my workday in Pakistan time.

What helps me help you
The faster I can reproduce or understand what you ran into, the faster you get an answer. A few short bits of context go a long way:
- Bug reports. The browser and OS you are on, what you clicked, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the PDF or a copy of the JSON backup from History (with sensitive bits blacked out) makes it twenty times easier on my side.
- Feature requests. Who you are and the actual workflow you are trying to support. "Add Bitcoin payments" tells me very little; "I bill three crypto clients a month and want to put a wallet address in the payment instructions section" tells me exactly what to ship.
- Press, partnerships, link exchanges. Short, direct pitches please. If you write for a freelancing publication and want to feature the tool, a one-line intro is enough.
- Legal or privacy concerns. Reference the policy section you have a question about (see the privacy policy) and tell me which jurisdiction you are writing from.
What I cannot help with
Because the tool stores nothing on a server I control, I cannot recover an invoice you deleted, restore an old session from another device, or look anything up on your behalf. Your History panel has an Export backup button that writes the entire history out as a JSON file. Save that somewhere you trust (Dropbox, an email draft to yourself, a USB stick) and you have a portable copy you can re-import on any machine.
Response time
Most emails get a reply within two working days. Bug reports that actually break something for users jump the queue. If you have not heard back in four working days, please resend — Gmail occasionally swallows things.
