Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no paid tier, no trial, no signup, and no watermark on the PDF. We don't even have a backend that could charge you — the tool runs entirely in your browser.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. There's no account system. Your invoices are saved on your device using your browser's local storage. They never leave your computer.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. If you clear browser data or switch devices, you'll lose your history. Use the Export backup button in History to save a JSON file you can reimport later.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Click 'Add your logo' at the top of the form to upload a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP image up to 2MB. It will appear on your PDF.
Does it support international currencies and taxes?
Yes. The currency dropdown supports 55+ commonly used currencies. Tax and discount can be entered as a percentage or a flat amount, and you can add shipping separately.
Can I send invoices directly from this site?
No, by design. We don't store your data on any server, so we can't send emails on your behalf. Download the PDF and attach it to your usual email client.
